All you need is a clear direction, the support, and the guidance, and tools to chip away at the old and replace it with the new.    I create a tailored program – just for you – that will radically improve your life.  Together, we discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

One on One

Health Coaching

As your health coach I will guide and support you with practical and tangible tools and educational material. If you are open to it, I offer different techniques of mindfulness such as meditation, breath-work and yoga, because I’m a firm believer that these modalities help with one transformation.

Program

Two 50-minute sessions per month for 6 months can be done in person or over Skype.  The package is perfect for anyone trying to lose weight, food sensitivities, digestive issues, high stress or a case of ‘feeling stuck’.
