I had been meaning to go to Natalie’s class for a while, as I had heard many good things. When I finally went, it completely exceeded my expectations! Natalie started off the class with essential oils that helped me get centered and present. The class really flowed and I found myself challenged but also feeling strong…At the end while we were relaxing in shivasana, she sang/chanted and played the harmonium. It really had an otherworldly quality to it and helped me relax even deeper.
