Join us for an introduction to the rich cultural heritage of the Philippines through yoga, song and dance. Support the ongoing and urgent needs of children in the Philippines impacted by the super typhoon. Typhoon Haiyan was the strongest recorded typhoon to make landfall with over 11 million people affected.

 

Yoga with Live Music

Join us for this powerful combination of practicing yoga and pairing it with inspiring music from Chant/Mantra Vocalist Christine Jugueta and Ron Quesada from Kulintronica playing Kulintang, a Philippine indigenous instrument.

 

“Kapwa” Kirtan Jam

~ SING~ “Kapwa” meaning “togetherness” and “commUNITY”. We will combine fun “Kapwa” musical jam session with ancient devotional bhakti yoga practice called “Kirtan”
