Hold them in the palm of my hand.

Apply essential oil on your feet, temples OR.

Rub your in the palms of your hand and cup your nose and mouth.

Whatever your intention, pairing a crystal with an essential oil (or a few!) can amplify the energy of your thoughts and connect you back to nature.
