Connection ~ Cultivate an Open Heart
Make the connection with a combination of oils that cultivate an open heart and a quiet mind experienced in tandem with a gentle, chest and shoulder opening flow practice.
We will be using oils such as ylang ylang to reconnect to the pure and simple ways of the heart while geranium helps to foster love and trust. Frankincense will connect one to inner wisdom and encourage trust in oneself and others. This will be an aromatic, relaxing experience. Oils will be placed at localized points namely base of the neck, third eye, hands and feet.
You will experience about 1/2 dozen different Essential Oils during this Yoga 90 min Yoga + Essential Oil class which will be followed by a brief introduction to Natural Solutions for the health and wellness of the entire family.
You will receive a bottle of 5mL Wild Orange and one raffle ticket for an Introduction to Essential Oils kit of Lemon, Lavender + Peppermint
